The brief
A four-piece band, one night in a rented hall. They wanted a performance video that feels like the room.
What I did
I cut on the downbeat for the verses and let the choruses run long takes. Practical lights were pushed toward amber. A few double exposures arrive only in the bridge. I kept one dropped cue in because it felt true.
Result
40,000 views in the first week, and the band’s first festival booking came from it.
