Privacy
This page explains what I collect when you use this site and what I do with it.
Who I am
This site belongs to Marlo Tessendorf, a freelance video editor in Toronto. I decide what is collected and why. You can reach me at hello@tessendorfmotion.com.
What I collect
When you send the booking form, I receive the details you type in: your name, email address, project information, example links and any notes. I also receive the date and time of the message. I don’t ask for anything I don’t need.
Why
I use your details to reply to your enquiry, plan the work and send a quote. If we work together, I also use them to send invoices and deliver files. I don’t use them for marketing and I don’t add you to a mailing list.
Who sees it
Your message passes through the service that hosts this site and the email service I use to receive it. They process it only to deliver it to me. I don’t sell or share your details with anyone else.
Cookies and analytics
This site doesn’t use advertising cookies. It may count visits in a way that doesn’t identify individuals.
How long I keep it
If we don’t work together, I delete your enquiry after 12 months. If we do, I keep project and invoice records for as long as tax law requires.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to see what I hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. You can also object to how I use it. Email me and I’ll reply within 30 days.
Changes
If I change this policy, the new version goes on this page with a new date. Last updated October 2026.
