I’m a freelance editor in Toronto. For years I cut for production companies, and now I work directly with creators, small brands and bands. It’s one person on every job, so the person you brief is the person who cuts.
I like clear structure, clean sound and cuts you don’t notice. I read the whole brief, watch all the footage and tell you early if something won’t work. I’d rather send you a short, honest note than a long, polished promise.
